A journey may be refused or terminated where continuing would be unlawful, unsafe or unreasonable. The customer may remain liable for applicable charges and damage.

8. Luggage and Personal Property

Customers must disclose the approximate number and size of luggage items before confirmation. The chauffeur may refuse luggage that cannot be safely accommodated.

Passengers remain responsible for their personal property. We recommend checking the vehicle before departure. Lost-property enquiries should be made promptly.

Unless separately contracted as a secure valuables transport service, ordinary passenger transportation is not intended for the carriage of unusually valuable, fragile, hazardous or restricted property.

9. Waiting Time, Delays and Additional Stops

Included waiting time, if any, will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Additional charges may apply where:

• A flight, train or event is substantially delayed

10. Cancellations and Changes

The booking confirmation will specify the expected meeting procedure. Passengers who cannot locate the chauffeur should contact us before leaving the agreed meeting location or arranging alternative transportation.

12. Child Seats and Minors

Child-seat requirements must be stated before confirmation. Availability, suitability and legal requirements may differ by destination, vehicle and child characteristics.

A minor must travel under arrangements that comply with applicable law and the confirmed service conditions. Unaccompanied-minor transportation is not provided unless expressly accepted in writing.

13. Specialist and Secure Services
