These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website operated by [Company Legal Name], trading as [Brand Name] (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
1. Company Information
- Legal company name: [Company Legal Name]
- Trading name: [Brand Name]
- Registered address: [Registered Address]
- Company registration number: [Registration Number]
- Email: [Company Email]
- Telephone: [Telephone Number]
2. Website Purpose
This website provides general information about private transportation services, service regions, vehicle categories and related facilities. It also enables visitors to submit enquiries and requests for quotations.
Website content does not constitute a guaranteed offer, confirmed reservation or binding transportation agreement.
3. No Booking Is Confirmed Through Form Submission Alone
Submitting a website form, email, telephone enquiry or WhatsApp message does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
A service is confirmed only when we or the relevant service provider have:
- Reviewed the requested journey details
- Confirmed availability
- Provided or accepted the applicable price and conditions
- Issued an express written booking confirmation
- Received any required deposit, pre-authorisation or payment
Until those steps have been completed, vehicle, chauffeur and service availability remain subject to change.
4. Quotations
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are based on the information supplied at the time of the request and may consider:
- Pick-up and destination locations
- Date and time
- Passenger and luggage numbers
- Selected service and vehicle category
- Estimated journey duration and distance
- Waiting time and additional stops
- Airport, parking, toll, ferry and access fees
- Special equipment, security or staffing requirements
- Taxes and legally required charges
A quotation may be revised if the information supplied is incomplete, inaccurate or subsequently changed.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, a quotation does not reserve a vehicle and may expire after the period specified in the quotation.
5. Vehicle Availability and Substitution
Vehicle photographs and model names on the website are illustrative of the expected category and service level.
A specific make, model, year, colour, registration or configuration is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Where reasonably necessary due to availability, safety, operational requirements, breakdown or other circumstances, an equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be supplied. Passenger and luggage capacity must always be respected.
6. Information Provided by the Customer
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including:
- Passenger name and contact details
- Correct pick-up and destination locations
- Flight, train, hotel or event details
- Passenger and luggage numbers
- Child-seat requirements
- Mobility or accessibility requirements
- Any unusual, high-value or restricted items
- Information relevant to safe and lawful transportation
We are not responsible for service disruption or additional costs caused by materially incorrect, incomplete or late information.
7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave lawfully and must not:
- Threaten, harass or abuse the chauffeur or other persons
- Damage or excessively soil the vehicle
- Smoke or use prohibited substances in the vehicle
- Carry illegal, hazardous or undeclared restricted items
- Exceed the confirmed passenger or luggage capacity
- Interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle
- Require the chauffeur to violate traffic, parking or safety laws
A journey may be refused or terminated where continuing would be unlawful, unsafe or unreasonable. The customer may remain liable for applicable charges and damage.
8. Luggage and Personal Property
Customers must disclose the approximate number and size of luggage items before confirmation. The chauffeur may refuse luggage that cannot be safely accommodated.
Passengers remain responsible for their personal property. We recommend checking the vehicle before departure. Lost-property enquiries should be made promptly.
Unless separately contracted as a secure valuables transport service, ordinary passenger transportation is not intended for the carriage of unusually valuable, fragile, hazardous or restricted property.
9. Waiting Time, Delays and Additional Stops
Included waiting time, if any, will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Additional charges may apply where:
- The passenger is not ready at the agreed time
- A flight, train or event is substantially delayed
- The route or destination is changed
- Unscheduled stops are requested
- The service exceeds the confirmed duration
- Parking, toll or access costs increase
Flight monitoring may be used where flight details are provided, but it does not guarantee that all schedule changes will be detected.
10. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and amendment conditions will be stated in the applicable quotation, booking confirmation or separate service agreement.
Unless a different written policy is provided, the following provisional structure may apply:
- More than [48] hours before pick-up: [Insert cancellation rule]
- Between [24–48] hours before pick-up: [Insert cancellation rule]
- Less than [24] hours before pick-up: [Insert cancellation rule]
- No-show: up to 100% of the confirmed service price may be payable
Special events, group transportation, armored vehicles, classic cars, secure transport and multi-day assignments may have separate non-refundable or supplier-specific conditions.
11. Airport and Station Pick-Ups
The customer must provide correct arrival information and remain contactable after arrival.
The booking confirmation will specify the expected meeting procedure. Passengers who cannot locate the chauffeur should contact us before leaving the agreed meeting location or arranging alternative transportation.
12. Child Seats and Minors
Child-seat requirements must be stated before confirmation. Availability, suitability and legal requirements may differ by destination, vehicle and child characteristics.
A minor must travel under arrangements that comply with applicable law and the confirmed service conditions. Unaccompanied-minor transportation is not provided unless expressly accepted in writing.
13. Specialist and Secure Services
Armored vehicle and secure valuables transport enquiries require a separate operational and risk assessment. Website descriptions do not constitute an offer to provide security, protective or valuables-transport services.
Such services are subject to:
- Availability
- Legal and licensing requirements
- Route and risk assessment
- Customer verification
- Information about the transported items
- Separate contractual terms
- Insurance and liability arrangements
We reserve the right to decline any specialist request.
14. Third-Party Service Providers
We may coordinate services through properly selected independent chauffeurs, vehicle operators or local partners.
The identity and contractual role of the relevant provider may be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation. Where a third party provides the service under its own operating licence and contract, its specific conditions may also apply.
15. Pricing and Payment
Prices and accepted payment methods will be stated during quotation or confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payment may be required before service
- Deposits may be non-refundable under the applicable cancellation terms
- Additional authorised costs may be charged after the journey
- Invoices must be paid by the stated due date
- Currency-conversion or payment-provider fees may be payable by the customer

Subject to mandatory law and any separate confirmed transportation agreement, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss arising from information supplied incorrectly by the customer.
